Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of SendGrade, operated by Krivy Co. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

1. The service

SendGrade provides email-verification tools via web app, API, and integrations. Verification results are probabilistic indicators of deliverability, not guarantees — some addresses (e.g. catch-all or gateway-protected domains) cannot be definitively verified.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for your account, credentials, and API keys, and for all activity under them. Keep them secure.

3. Acceptable use

• Only submit data you have the right to process.
• No illegal, abusive, or spam-related activity; do not use results to send unsolicited email in violation of applicable law.
• No attempts to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or circumvent rate limits or security.

4. Credits & billing

• Verification consumes credits. Monthly plan credits reset each cycle; purchased credit packs do not expire.
• Credits are deducted at job start and are non-refundable once consumed; permanently failed jobs are refunded automatically.
• Paid plans renew until cancelled. Fees are exclusive of taxes where applicable.

5. Availability

We aim for high availability but provide the service "as is" without uptime warranty unless agreed separately. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SendGrade and Krivy Co. are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for outcomes arising from reliance on verification results. Total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding 3 months.

7. Termination

You may close your account anytime. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
