Privacy Policy

SendGrade is an email-verification service operated by Krivy Co. ("SendGrade", "we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect, why, and your rights. Questions: abhay@krivyco.com.

1. Information we collect

• Account data: name, email, password hash, and billing identifiers.
• Verification data: email addresses and lists you submit for verification, and the results we return.
• Usage data: API requests, job metadata, credit ledger, and basic logs (IP, timestamps) for security and rate limiting.

2. How we use it

• To perform email verification and return results to you.
• To operate your account, process payments, and enforce credits and rate limits.
• To secure the service, prevent abuse, and provide support.

3. Verification data & retention

Email addresses you submit are processed solely to produce verification results for you. We do not sell your lists or use them to email anyone. Job results are retained for 30 days for re-download, after which they are deleted. You may delete jobs and results at any time from your dashboard.

4. Sharing

We use trusted sub-processors strictly to run the service — e.g. payment processing (Stripe/Razorpay), and during verification we query public mail-server and blocklist infrastructure (DNS/MX, SMTP, Spamhaus/SURBL). We do not sell personal data.

5. Security

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS), passwords are hashed, API keys are stored hashed, and access is restricted. No method is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data.

6. Your rights

You can access, correct, export, or delete your data. Account deletion is available in settings with a 30-day grace period (GDPR-compliant). Contact us for any data request.

7. Cookies

We use only essential cookies/local storage for authentication. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.

8. Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be noted with a new "last updated" date.
